摘要: In the present work, effect of substrate porosity for preparation solid-phase microextraction (SPME) fibers was investigated. The were prepared by electrodeposition sol-gel coatings using negative potentials on porous Cu wire and compared with previous reported technique SPME positive smooth gold wire. Porous a thin layer extraction capability evaluated through some aromatic hydrocarbons from headspace aqueous samples. operating parameters efficiency optimized. results showed that highly depends substrate. LOD ranged 0.005 to 0.010 ng/mL repeatability at 1 below 12%. Electrodeposited films characterized their surface morphology thermal stability SEM thermogravimetric analysis, respectively. analysis revealed formation subsequently coating high fiber.
