摘要: Grundlagen: Die posttraumatische arteriovenose Fistel zwischen der A. carotis interna und dem Plexus des Sinus cavernosus ist die haufigste unter den erworbenen intrakraniellen Fisteln. Pulsierender Exophthalmus, Chemose auskultierbares Gerausch lassen rasch an richtige Diagnose denken.
