摘要: It is the focus of increasing interest to investigate effects long-chain n-3 and n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids (LC PUFAs; LC PUFAs) on psychiatric symptoms in a transdiagnostic perspective. There some evidence that low levels PUFAs higher ratio plasma blood cells are associated with aggressive impulsive behaviours. Therefore, implementation may produce positive hostility, aggression, impulsivity both non-psychiatric samples across different stages life. A possible mechanism action conditions characterized by high level aggression due effect these compounds serotonin system membrane stability. Studies evaluated aggressiveness indicated addition rather doses agents antipsychotic treatment might reduce agitation violent behaviours psychosis, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, personality disorders, control conduct disorders. The present review aimed at examining discussing available data from recent trials this topic.
