摘要: Surgery is the only potentially curative treatment for colorectal cancer liver metastases (CRLMs). Despite an improvement in results following resection, recurrence rates remain high. Many histopathological features have been reported as prognostic factors. Infiltrative borders are known to be associated with worse prognosis; however, margin size has never evaluated together type of tumor border. In present study, we analyzed prognosis patients resected CRLM according growth pattern (TGP) and whether a larger would bring any benefit. Medical records from prospective database 645 who underwent hepatic resection between January 2004 December 2019 at single center were reviewed, 266 included analytic cohort. TGP (pushing or infiltrative) was regarding impact overall disease-free survival. The (≤ > 1 cm) on survival also evaluated. defined infiltrative 182 cases (68.4%) pushing 84 (31.6%). Patients infiltrative-type border presented survival, well higher intrahepatic (p does not change border, showing that biology most important factor
