摘要: To the extent that intelligent vehicle-highway systems (IVHSs) improve traffic operations and increase efficiency of transportation system, emission benefits are expected. However, some policy makers concerned by increasing number vehicle trips miles traveled, IVHS may have detrimental effects as well.
