摘要: The magnetic reversal behavior is examined for exchange-biased ferromagnetic/antiferromagnetic nanostructures consisting of an array 10 nm thick Ni80Fe20 stripes with width 200 nm and periodicity 400 nm, underneath orthogonal IrMn ranging from to 500 nm 400 nm 1 μm. show a hysteresis loop one step when the spacing are small. However, upon increasing spacing, loops showed two steps as pinned unpinned sections switch at different fields. Micromagnetic modeling reveals influence geometry on behavior.
