摘要: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the Healthy Retirement Program's effectiveness toward skills improvement and changes in subjective health.,A quasi-experimental, pre posttest comparison groups was conducted. Teachers who were going retire within one year recruited into experimental (n = 47) (n = 43). Questionnaires administered at baseline, 6-months follow-up. An independent t-test Mann–Whitney U test applied determine differences outcomes between groups.,The results revealed different effects regarding teachers' health status. In those had no chronic disease, group higher understand information follow-up (p = 0.036, 0.028). Skills apply also greater (p = 0.042). Among suffering from a access significantly than that (p = 0.011, 0.046). Greater perceived indicated (p = 0.032).,While conditions teachers preretirement period are inconsistent, healthy lifestyle management after retirement crucial skill for adjustment.
