摘要: Schizogony of Japanese Theileria sergenti cattle was studied by light and electron microscopy. Schizonts were detected in the draining lymph node between 4 8 days after sporozoite inoculation. Macroschizonts (the phase nuclear division having invaginations) formed 6 Subsequently, microschizonts merozoite formation displaying rosette-like appearance) observed Multiple infections a host cell with sporozoites suggested to occur since different stages schizonts simultaneously same cell. Host cells considerably enlarged parasitism. However, morphological characteristics developmental T. resembled those malignant species (e.g. parva). this study seems be primary generation.
