摘要: In this report, a Passerini three-component reaction utilizing boron-containing carboxylic acids or aldehydes is discussed. The was carried out in water and facilitated by the use of microwave irradiation. This methodology allowed for efficient formation broad range α-acyloxyamides under mild conditions within short time. Two series were synthesized subsequently screened cytotoxicity using MTT cell viability assay. potential lead compounds found to have potent activity against HepG2 cancer line, demonstrating development novel pharmaceuticals.
