摘要: Guanylyl cyclase C is a sensitive and specific biomarker for metastatic colorectal cancer. A variant of the guanylyl transcript was identified that possesses 142-bp deletion at 3" end exon 1 reflecting alternative splicing mRNA, introducing shift in open reading frame prevents translation C-related product.
