Multiphoton absorption and luminescence of osmium tetroxide

摘要: Both the multiphoton absorption and luminescence brightness of osmium tetroxide induced by temporally smooth CO2 10P(20) laser pulses 10 40 ns FWHM have been measured for pressures in range 6.7 to 200 Pa. A dependence these phenomena on pulse length is observed. Comparison average excitation shows that distribution depends intensity two lengths studied.
