摘要: Fermented mixture containing fish-offal meal (FOM) was used to partially replace fish (FM) in the formulation of diets for freshwater catfish Mystus vittatus. The two supplementary diets, one 25% FM and FOM (T2) other 20% 30% (T3) showed significantly higher (P < 0.05) digestibility, growth protein deposition than reference diet without supplementation (T1, 40% FM). Digestive enzyme activities were correlated with protein, carbohydrate lipid levels diet. fed better digestion efficiency group. It concluded that fermented could be effectively fishmeal M.
