摘要: This report describes the implementation of a pilot patient navigation (PN) program created to address cervical cancer disparities in predominantly Hispanic agricultural community. Since November 2009, navigator has provided services patients Catholic Mobile Medical Services (CMMS). The PN resulted need for additional clinic sessions accommodate demand preventive care at CMMS.
