摘要: Functional impairment of the vascular endothelium is an early event in development atherosclerosis, and soluble adhesion molecules plasma are regarded as indicator endothelial damage diabetes mellitus. We compared molecule levels patients with diabetic nephropathy concerning 7-ketocholesterol levels, which major cholesterol auto-oxidation products. Average value VCAM-1 31 type 2 mellitus was 297.6+/-10.2 ng/ml (mean+/-SE), significantly higher than that 8 age-matched healthy controls (231.9+/-15.0 ng/ml). Among patients, group macroalbuminuria (n = 8) had (349.5+/-26.0 ng/ml) normoalbuminuria (n=15; 280.6+/-12.3 The (26.9+/-1.5 or (31.4+/-3.3 were control (22.5+/-1.8 level showed significant correlation between values (r=0.42, p=0.024), TC p=0.014) LDL-C (r=0.38, p=0.044). However no demonstrated HbA1c nor creatinine level. conclude may be oxidative stress injury nephropathy.
