摘要: Abstract In this paper we modified the surface properties of polymer foils (polyethyleneterephthalate (PET) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)) by flash evaporation carbon layers (C-layers). Adhesion proliferation vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC) on coated PTFE PET were studied in vitro. Chemical composition deposited C-layers was determined Raman spectroscopy, contact angle measured goniometry. Surface morphology samples using atomic force microscopy. Electrical measuring its sheet resistance. It found that deposition leads to a decrease roughness significant increase sample wettability. resistance wettability depends significantly both thickness C-layer type polymeric substrate used. maximal stimulation VSMC (adhesion proliferation) polymers cell carriers
