摘要: In the 12 years since publication of previous issue this volume, world has changed significantly. addition to further widening many disparities in health previously described, impact and implications still evolving global economic crisis climate change have led increasing recognition how ‘development’ agenda failed, that is one major challenges for twenty-first century (Benatar Brock, 2011). World population increased 7 billion people, half whom continue live severe poverty (on less than US$2–3 a day), most constant hunger under squalid conditions, with little prospect significant improvement unless new solutions are envisaged. This article discusses citizens very poor countries interdependence all peoples, including privileged.
