Lemur tyrosine kinase-3 is a significant prognostic marker for patients with colorectal cancer.

摘要: Lemur tyrosine kinase-3 (LMTK3) belongs to the family of serine-threonine-tyrosine kinases and aberrant expression LMTK3 was observed in several human malignancies. However, association with clinical outcomes colorectal cancer patients is unclear. Thus, this present study evaluate level clinicopathologic factors prognosis (CRC). The 69 archival paraffin-embedded tumor tissue specimens examined by immunohistochemistry (IHC). As a result, we found that significantly elevated CRC tissues as compared Crohn's disease or polyp (P 0.05). Kaplan-Meier survival curves showed overall rate higher low when those high (P=0.010). Moreover, multivariate analysis revealed an independent prognostic factor for (P=0.047). These results suggest protein could serve marker patients.
