摘要: Purpose – The pulsed plasma thruster (PPT) is one sort of promising electric thrusters, but the low efficiency always a big problem for PPT. Many researches have been working on solving this problem. However, there still no significant breakthrough. This paper aimed to discuss some methods improving PPT's efficiency.Design/methodology/approach causes by analyzing theoretical models PPT are discussed, and influences performance investigated in terms structural or electrical parameters.Findings change parameters which influence thrust significantly taken into account.
