摘要: In view of frequently reported foodborne disease outbreaks caused by contaminated fresh produce, consumers have a preference for foods meeting requisite hygiene standards. Production good quality produce is thus critical market access and food security, especially rural, small-scale farmers. Microbiological product in this South African sector crucial, given the policy drive to develop farming reinforce household security poverty reduction. Farming practices methods, throughout value chain impact final quality, determining its success.
