摘要: Abstract : The relationship between perceived sleep quality and career effectiveness was studied in Navy corpsmen. Two samples of Naval School Health Sciences students were asked, 'Overall, what kind sleeper are you?' Based on responses, 506 'good' sleepers 109 'poor' selected for longitudinal study followed 6 years. Fore replication, Sample 2, consisting 1,024 good 188 poor sleepers, identified 1978-1979 2 At enlistment, there no differences measures used as predictors effectiveness, i.e., age, education, AFQT, SCREEN score.
