Phase equilibria, structure and properties of intermediate phases in the Sm2O3 – Fe2O3 – CoO and Sm2O3 – CaO – CoO systems

摘要: Abstract Phase equilibria in the Sm2O3 – Fe2O3 CoO and CaO systems were systematically studied at 1100 °C air. The following solid solutions: SmFe1-xCoxO3 (0 ≤ x ≤ 1), Ca3-ySmyCo2O6-δ (0.6 ≤ y ≤ 0.7) Sm2-rCarCoO4-δ (0.8 ≤ r ≤ 1) have been detected systems. Structural parameters for single phase samples refined using Rietveld analysis. Thermal expansion, electrical conductivity Seebeck coefficient of SmFe1-xCoxO3-δ(x = 0.2, 0.5 0.8), Ca2.3Sm0.7Co2O6-δ SmCaCoO4-δ measured within temperature range 25–1100 °C subsolidus diagrams ½ system both air constructed.
