摘要: Abstract The incredible progress in the application of graphene and its related materials for electrochemical sensor fabrication with superior sensitivity has witnessed last decade. With great enviable morphology, thermal/chemical stability, large surface area they are making easy electron transportation without any mediator. In present work, first we blended oxide (GO) carbon paste matrix then so fabricated GO CPE was utilized as a flufenamic acid (FFA) quantification. morphology analyzed by atomic force microscopy (AFM) study. sensitivity, resolution selectivity FFA were enriched at pH 4.2 compared to bare CPE, because extraordinary characteristics modifier. influence pH, amount modifier, accumulation time, scan rate concentration on signal enhancement studied. currents obtained from square wave voltammetric (SWV) measurements linearly associated concentration. Calibration curve attained concentrations array 0.001–0.09 µM detection limit 5.0 nM. analytical this chemically modified electrode employed determination urine samples.
