摘要: Abnormalities of the canine prostate gland, in particular, benign hyperplasia and cysts, are frequent dogs over 5 years age. Treatment strategies for with prostatic cysts include ultrasound-guided percutaneous drainage alcohol sclerotherapy, reduction surgery, omentalization. The aim this study was to evaluate use platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatment dogs. Ten mixed breed adult male were included study. Percutaneous performed prior PRP injection a 21G spinal needle. dose contained half solution drained from cyst. Follow-ups 6, 12, 24, 60 d after treatment. successfully treated cystic cavities. At 24-day 60-day follow-ups, no longer detectable ultrasound.
