摘要: Background: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical outcome laparoscopic rectopexy and its effect on anorectal function investigations. Methods: Twelve patients with complete rectal prolapse without constipation underwent rectopexy. Pre- postoperative evaluation included scoring incontinence, manometry, anal endosonography. Results: No recurrences were seen (median follow-up 19 months). Continence improved in eight nine preoperatively incontinent patients. Two had mild after surgery. Median maximum basal pressure measured by manometry increased from 20 25 mmHg (p=0.005) rectoanal inhibitory reflex seven (p=0.03). Rectal sensitivity did not change significantly. Endosonography showed asymmetry thickening internal sphincter submucosa preoperatively. After surgery thickness decreased 3.0 mm 2.6 (p=0.02). Conclusions: Laparoscopic continence our Anorectal tests show a partial recovery sphincter. combines low morbidity minimal invasive good abdominal
