摘要: BGLsim is a complete system simulator for parallel machines. It currently being used in hardware validation and software development the BlueGene/L cellular architecture machine. capable of functionally simulating multiple nodes this machine operating parallel. simulates instruction execution each node communication that happens between nodes. allows us to develop, test, run exactly same code will be real system. Using BGLsim, we can gather data helps debug enhance (including software) evaluate hardware. To illustrate capabilities describe experiments running NAS Parallel Benchmark IS on simulated application runs Linux clusters. executes fast enough systems complex MPI codes.
