摘要: The high incidence of hunting activity and forest fires in different ecosystems (particularly Mediterranean ecosystems) requires a model, which allows for the comprehensive management resources estimating potential damage caused by this type disturbance. This paper proposes model evaluating socio-economic effects on hunting. Its cornerstone lies resource availability each ecosystem within its territorial mosaic. Each game unit (GMU) is identified vegetation structure habitat type. It presents novel approach economic value linked to fire damages. effect has an entire depends intensity flames. A sample study was undertaken province Huelva Andalusia (southern Spain). vulnerability 45,188,000€. results obtained confirmed need appraisal non-forest products other woodland areas. Geographic Information System increases flexibility simplicity our methodology permits immediate extrapolation agroforestry territories.
