摘要: Abstract Immunoassay as a primary analytical tool is widely applied in the field of analysis. However, biological antibodies used routine immunoassay exhibit high cost and poor stability. Herein, this study, biomimetic ELISA method using molecularly imprinted polymers alternative to was developed. The were prepared through dopamine polymerization Fe3O4 nanoparticles magnetic nuclei, bovine serum albumin template, functional monomer crosslinking agent. characterized by scanning electron micrographs, transmission microscope, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, vibrating sample magnetometer diffractometer, respectively. detection range established 5–1000 μg mL−1. exhibited selectivity for compared with other proteins good recovery ranging from 89.0% 102.3% obtained spiked samples. results showed that could be detect rapidly sensitivity accuracy. This study demonstrates preparation can produce material affinity potential replace protein detection.
