摘要: Background: Health care organizations are increasingly working with eHealth. However, the integration of eHealth into regular health is challenging. It requires to change way they work and their structure processes be adapted ensure that supports attainment desired outcomes. Objective: The aims this study investigate whether there identifiable indicators in structure, process, outcome categories related successful care, as well which process indicators. Methods: A systematic literature review was conducted using Donabedian Structure-Process-Outcome (SPO) framework identify organizations. Data extraction sheets were designed provide an overview characteristics, indicators. extracted organized themes subthemes categories. Results: Eleven studies included, covering a variety designs, diseases, tools.
