摘要: The interactions of two host–guest inclusion complexes comprised cucurbit[7]uril (Q[7]) and cucurbit[8]uril (Q[8]) with a derivative toluidine blue O (TB) have been investigated using 1H NMR fluorescence spectroscopy. experimental results revealed that the Q[7] host interacts TB molecule to form 1 : 1 complex Q[8] guest molecules 1 : 2 complex. within gave rise significant enhancement, whereas resulted in quenching. Further recognition experiments involving series l-α-amino acids TB@Q[7] probe exhibits high selectivity for phenylalanine via quenching an aqueous solution, TB@Q[8] also exhibited enhancement solution.
