摘要: The present volume discusses the development status of stability theory for laminar flow control design, applied aspects laminar-flow technology, transition delays using compliant walls, application CFD to skin friction drag-reduction, active-wave boundary-layer transitions, and such passive turbulent-drag reduction methods as outer-layer manipulators complex-curvature concepts. Also treated are active turbulent drag-reduction technique applications those pertinent MHD drag reduction, well in liquid boundary layers by gas injection, means polymers surfactants, particle addition, viscous via surface mass interactive wall-turbulence control.
