摘要: Background The International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health Core Set for Head Neck Cancer (ICF-HNC) covers the typical spectrum problems in functioning head neck cancer. This study is part a multistep process to develop practical guidelines Germany. The purpose this was identify instruments assessment using ICF-HNC as reference. Methods Four Delphi surveys with physicians, physiotherapists, psychologists, social workers were performed which aspects are being treated tools recommended functioning. Results Ninety-seven percent categories by healthcare professionals participating current study. Altogether, 33 therapy monitoring, food intake, pain, further organic problems/laboratory tests, psychosocial areas.
