摘要: The breakup of injected fuel into spray is key interest to the design a efficient, nonpolluting diesel engine. We report preliminary progress on numerical simulation injection with front tracking code FronTier. Our set match experiments at ANL, and our present agreement semi-quantitative. Future efforts will include mesh refinement studies, which better model turbulent flow.
