摘要: The motivation for the study of effects convective flow on morphological stability a crystal-melt interface is desire to be able grow alloy single crystals which are free from cellular sub-structure. There particular and pressing need homogeneous high-quality ternary III-V compounds such as Gai-xIn×As use substrates in fabrication range opto-electronic devices. In this paper, theory coupling between natural convection instability briefly reviewed together with some relevant experimental evidence. Ways might usefully extended include additional control parameters could advantageously affect indicated.
