摘要: This chapter concentrates on the problem of international waste trafficking, one dark sides technological development in late twentieth century. The first section frames illegal trafficking within field green criminology and cross-national environmental crime. article goes onto define classification different categories. concludes with definition consequences illicit dumping for environment, people, seeing trade through a human rights perspective. second looks into reasons methods used; it discusses destination countries, phases traffickers themselves. International legislation is essential element third section, taking closer look at Basel, Bamako Lome IV Conventions. Domestic law sample countries further examined. To get better insight seriousness problem, some most notorious cases are summarized fourth section. final presents combating efforts, results national programs discussed.
