摘要: This paper proposes a flowchart approach to the automobile industry cluster policy and hi-technology prioritize measures. First, in cluster, suppliers of parts components anchor firms such as Honda, Nissan Toyota Japanese assembly makers Guangzhou, China, can innovate partly because have become independent their Keiretsu system.
