摘要: The continuously increasing presence of micro- and nanoplastics contamination in numerous food products for human consumption is threatening their potential health effects towards humans remain uncertain. At present, investigations on packaged beverages (e.g. bottled drinking water, beer, milk refreshments) have received scientific attention represent an important part microplastic research as are orally exposed to these anthropogenic contaminants every day. Rapid effective detection methods quantify nanoplastic particles with a great accuracy well identify sources characteristics. A number currently use assess microplastics beverages; however, the variations data acquisition render difficulties when comparing results developing protocols. Based challenges, this paper aims provide comprehensive understanding emerging technological approaches, points out current limitations from sample preparation quantification present recommendations. From our analysis, we postulate example framework that can be applied different types investigating nanoplastics. Overall, review will serve first step harmonization monitoring efforts point reference help direct future researches focusing intended consumption.
