摘要: New wavelength measurements in the region from 950 to 12 000 A were combined with infrared data of Humphreys and Paul [ J. Opt. Soc. Am.49, 1180 ( 1959)] extend analysis Cl i. Electrodeless discharge lamps containing SiCl4, GeCl4, PbCl2, or chlorine gas used obtain wavelengths for 920 lines, which 330 are interferometric values. The number classified observed lines has increased about 550 780, 1097 1173, respectively. Forty-three new even levels 39 odd established, five rejected, some J values configuration assignments changed. total known now stands at 112 128 even. 3s 3p6 S2012 was found 85 679 cm−1, belonging each ii 3p4 limit established. Most belong 6p, 3p4nf n=6 8, 3p4ns 3p4nd n=4 8 configurations. improved energy level lead us propose 108 vuv uncertainties less than 0.0015 as reference wavelengths. accuracy series corresponding 3P2 slightly; newly calculated value is 104591.0±0.3 cm−1.
