摘要: Using questionnaire data from two recent surveys, headache sufferers were classified as having either migraine, episodic, or chronic tension-type using the International Headache Society criteria. Of 410 subjects with a history of 2 years more, 147 35.9% assigned Code 1.7 (migrainous disorder not fulfilling above criteria) 2.3 (headache criteria). In 79 these (53.7%), codes would have been equally valid. Separate scores for “migraine” and “tension” symptoms may provide way to handle this overlap aid in choosing optimal therapy.
