摘要: This study reports for the first time identification and characterization of Colletotrichum spp. anthracnose isolates originating from strawberry grown in France. Sixteen French six North American (also strawberry) representing C. acutatum, gloeosporioides, fragariae were compared with respect to morphological cultural criteria. Fourteen identified as characterized by acute conidia low growth rates. The remaining two gloeosporioides (teleomorph, Glomerella cingulata), cylindrical conidia, production perithecia, high was not found among isolates. Pathogenicity acutatum evaluated on five cultivars: cvs. Elsanta Valeta (susceptible), Addie (intermediate), Sequoia Dover (resistant). Isolates had pathogenicity while varied slightly very pathogenic. Some [isolate × cultivar] specificity detected, based this interaction classified into groups. group 1 caused a similar disease severity Addie, Sequoia, Dover, whereas those 2 virulent but nonvirulent
