IoT Hierarchical Topology Strategy and Intelligentize Evaluation System of Diesel Engine in Complexity Environment.

摘要: In complex discrete manufacturing environment, there used to be a poor network and an isolated information island in production line, which led slow feedback low utilization ratio, hindering the construction of enterprise intelligence. To solve these problems, uncertain factors process demands sensor were analyzed; hierarchical topology design method deployment strategy complexity industrial internet things proposed; big data analysis model system security protection based on established. The weight each evaluation index was calculated using analytic hierarchy process, established intelligentized model. An actual scene also selected validate feasibility method. A diesel engine workshop MES as example establish topology. intelligence level both subjective objective evaluated analyzed considering quantitative qualitative aspects. Analysis results show that intelligentize feasible, could improve effectively, framework expansible.
