Ontology-based semantic integration of GML spatial information

摘要: GML is an XML encoding for the modeling, transport and storage of geographic information, which has been making a significant influential on ability organizations to share information among their Web based GIS applications. Ontology acknowledged be kernel methodology capturing sharing semantics of spatial information. This paper proposes a framework integrating spatial schema matching by using ontology technologies, in adopted as common format information wrapping mediation, used overcome heterogeneity when matching different schemas. A prototype also implemented proposed framework.
