摘要: The current study was conducted in order to investigate the short-term effects (6, 12, and 24 h) of silicon (Si) on endogenous hormonal composition rice (Oryza sativa L. cv. Dongjin-beyo), with without wounding stress. Si applied different concentrations (0.5, 1.0, 2.0 mM) significantly promoted shoot length, plant biomass, chlorophyll content plants. Plants treated sole for 6, h had higher jasmonic acid contents than control. However, a combined application stress induced small quantity as compared On contrary, salicylic level Si-treated plants, while after stress, similar trend observed yet again. After applications, ethylene levels were lower comparison their respective controls. findings present perpetrate beneficial role growth development by relieving physical injury also affects levels, an inverse correlation exists between under conditions.
