摘要: Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) have been extensively used for relief of pain and fever, prevention cardiovascular cerebrovascular diseases several decades. Recently, the use these compounds has reported to be associated with reduction in occurrence a variety cancers. In this paper, we reviewed anti-cancer mechanisms NSAIDs their potential preventive even therapeutic effects on cancer, focusing esophageal cancer particular.
