摘要: This article helps Extension professionals consider the cultural relevant needs of inner city residents in hopes achieving ongoing civic engagement and appropriate program activities these communities. Having a deep understanding how various dimensions marginalized community life among populations affect participation organized is necessary for who seek to increase capacity populations.
