摘要: Two borings were made at the site of Padul (Granada). Pollen analysis 200 spectra from two successive sequences, 14.8 and 8 m deep, enables a description vegetational climatic history this region, most southern one in Europe, Early Wurmian times. The chronology is supported by twenty-one 14C dates. Original equivalents are found for great European Prewurm interstadials. A markedly arid though thermically not extreme episode, exactly equivalent to stage 4 marine isotopic stratigraphy, closes relatively temperate period. The middle part Last Glacial shows fluctuations that poorly characterized, as often case Europe period. A long section, very probably corresponding complete Pleniglacial, does show any amelioration. Towards 15,000 yr B.P. change diagram noted can only be interpreted reflecting larger expansion regional steppe cover. This event, also reported on three occasions southeast France, marks beginning Oldest Dryas. The amelioration ca. 13,000 far more pronounced here than anywhere else whereas 10,000 so clearly marked. unexpected result may accounted fact first continental south near Pleniglacial refuges known: other hand, consistent with what known oceanic stratigraphy. A quite new late-glacial Holocene revealed, characterized early appearance dominance Quercus ilex oak forests type occurrence suber Olea: it account postglacial reafforestation region modern semi-arid mediterranean climate. From palaeoclimatic point view, hot humid optimum was attained slightly before 8000 but small amplitude.
