摘要: Abstract Industrial symbiosis and eco-industrial park have been developed for decades significant economic environmental effects in China. To research the evolution of industrial construction, summary drivers characteristics development China, this study uses National Demonstration Eco-Industrial Park, namely, Rizhao Economic Technology Development Area (REDA), as a case to introduce process summarizes Based on in-depth investigation enterprises government REDA, three stages (1991–2002, 2003–2006, 2007–2011) are identified, 31 inter-firms performances involving cereal oil food, machinery, pulp paper, textile garment, wine refining, biochemical industries were formed since REDA was founded 1991. Results show benefits 2011, argue that benefits, mainly resulted from stricter standards, tax preference, material substitution, financial subsidies, is critical driver stakeholders participate symbiosis. The action governments constituting strict resource comprehensive utilization schemes, support circular economy planning guidance. This article provides some unique growth developing country aspects.
