摘要: Abstract For biodiesel applications, microalgae and especially Nannochloropsis sp. are considered as a promising feedstock for lipid production. Main issues high productivity, but also robust energy efficient downstream processes. In the biorefinery process, cellular mechanical pretreatment solvent extraction investigated nowadays to allow wet route recovery. this study, method screen solvents according their performance extract lipids in condition was proposed. It consisted short liquid/liquid on cells suspension of partially disrupted. one test, it allowed identifying each solvent: (i) ability solubilize compounds; (ii) limitation by cell wall/membrane (iii) kinetics. The disruption appeared be main controlling step if low water soluble were used. Extraction from disrupted more than dried biomass (same solvent, same time) presence enhanced selectivity saturated fatty acids 50% yield achieved with 84% rate 10 min (SFA) content enriched 72% extracted lipids. 11 screening showed significant impact choice batch yield. Based criteria best Methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) cyclopentylmethyl (CPME). They those Hansen solubility parameters close target acids, heat vaporization. represent alternatives chlorinated or alkanes.
