摘要: REPORT OF CASES CASE 1 In April 1986, a 23-year-old white woman presented with 4× 5-cm nonhealing ulcerative plaque involving her right thigh. Symptoms of amenorrhea, weight gain, and icterus subsequently developed. Initial laboratory studies were remarkable for the following values or results: antinuclear antibody titer, 1:640; anti—smooth-muscle negative; bilirubin, 58 μmol/L (normal, 3 to 22 μmol/L; aspartate aminotransferase, 294 U/L 7 56 U/L); alanine 337 14 alkaline phosphatase, 460 38 126 total protein, 82 g/L 63 83 g/L); albumin, 24g/L 37 55 prothrombin time, 14.7 seconds; hematocrit, 0.41; platelets, 107×10 9 /L. A cutaneous wedge resection at site thigh ulceration showed acute chronic inflammation dermis sinus tract as well abscess formation. The findings consistent diagnosis pyoderma
