摘要: The authors present an evaluation of the Gifted Math Program, which was established in 1984 and funded by Rockefeller Foundation. Mathematics achievement, mathematics preferences were assessed for second-seventh grade students who participated program, as compared with accepted but did not participate. Significant differences found on mathematical achievement favoring program. two groups differ stated learning math, however, differed dramatically expressed opportunities math. conclude that there are programs can address needs bright young mathematicians.
