摘要: Abstract In this work, we have prepared a nano-material modified pencil graphite electrode for the sensing of valproic acid (VA) by immobilization 3-aminopropyletriethoxy silane coated magnetic nanoparticles (APTES-MNPs) on surface (PGE). Electrochemical studies indicated that APTES-MNPs efficiently increased electron transfer kinetics between VA and free NH 2 groups APTES outer can interact with carboxyl VA. Based this, proposed sensitive, rapid convenient electrochemical method determination. Under optimized conditions, reduction peak current is found to be proportional its concentration in range 1.0 (± 0.2) 100.0 (± 0.3) ppm detection limit 0.4 (± 0.1) ppm. The whole sensor fabrication process was characterized cyclic voltammetry (CV) impedance spectroscopy (EIS) methods using [Fe(CN) 6 ] 3 −/4- as an redox indicator. showed several advantages such high sensitivity, selectivity, ease preparation good repeatability, reproducibility stability. applied determination blood plasma samples obtained results were satisfactory accurate.
